Who Needs ReVision?

VCs and investors, who:

1. Need a realistic, unbiased, experienced, execution driven team to revitalize an under performing product.

2. Have an outstanding team of technologists at a portfolio company, but lack the "in the trenches" understanding of how to take a product to market and create a winner.

Small startups who:

1. Know they have a potentially great product but don't understand why they have limited company and brand recognition in the marketplace.

2. Are ready to launch a revolutionary product or technology, but don't have the media relationships required to get their story heard and covered by the movers and shakers in the industry.

Medium to large corporations who:

1. Have a "good" product but lack the time or internal resources to develop the newsworthy angle and "spin" required to get the attention of the press and analysts.

2. Have already launched a product that seemed to have great potential - but got disappointing - or worse yet, no press coverage.

3. Are fed up with the fact that everyone seems to know all about the competition, but no one has ever heard of them or their products...

What is the Smartest Positioning
& Launch Plan?

ReVision is the second critical phase of the VisibilityBlast Launch Program.

After the RealityCheck phase has performed the essential research and analysis, and determined that your product's viability potential is promising, we start the ReVision phase.

ReVision has been designed to determine just what changes need to be made to your product in order to make it successful. These changes may be as simple as revised messaging and changing the category in which you compete, or as challenging as feature changes and user interface redesign.

Either way, it often requires your executive team to make hard business choices in order to ensure a big-win with analysts, industry press and pundits, and even more importantly, with your customers.

This phase in the process will build upon the research we conducted for you during the RealityCheck phase. We put together a high level Market Requirements Document (MRD), and create the launch plan that includes the strategic goals, tactics, and time line required to win. At every step in the process, we test the product and its messaging with key customers and/or industry analysts under Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protection to ensure success.

ReVision will provide you with the key positioning, effective messaging, a comprehensive launch and action plan, the tools required to take your story on the road, and the entrée to the most influential decision makers and industry movers and shakers. Our integrity, honesty and ingenuity, combined with our 30 years of experience and "street smarts", have enabled us to take unknown products and create category winners. We can do the same for your product too.

At the end of the ReVision phase you will have:

1. A clear understanding the steps you must take with your product to meet the needs of your target customers. This includes features, usability, messaging, and positioning.

2. A roadmap for the winning strategy (Game of Chess) and a "what if" scenario of competitive moves and counter moves so you will be prepared at each juncture.

3. Established relationships with key "early adopters" - pundits, and reference customers that can be quoted and referenced in the marketing tools and used for future press interviews.

4. A customized target list and relationships with key editors, journalists, pundits, and freelance writers to ensure the optimum coverage of your product on TV, radio and television and in print.

5. A jointly agreed upon plan and budget for new or modified communication tools, such as web site, brochures, press materials, and sales kits that will be required for success*

6. A comprehensive marketing launch (or re-launch) plan - detailing the major project milestones and time lines for all actions, schedules, and owners (for both internal and external resources and contractors) to ensure your launch is a success!*Can be developed in house or by VisibilityBlast team.
